No one, not even these two young students, who are mutants by the way, have to suffer at the hands of The Joker. Some people would blame Batman for not even killing Joker, wondering why he would keep someone alive after all he's done. Batman showed no mercy to criminals, he wanted them to feel the pain they caused to the innocents in Gotham, but taking a life was something Batman would not do. Confronting Joe Chill that one night, he could of finished the job to avenge his parents death...but he did not do it...it wasn't worth it.
Finishing off his soda, Bruce threw it in a reclying bin before he looked around, seeing others start to come. One of them was Lois Lane, reporter of the Daily Planet, the only reporter who wanted nothing more but the truth when it came to interviews. Bruce remembered meeting Lois at one point in his life, and this was during his first time in Metroplis, she was something else. Bruce almost had feelings for Lois but felt she could not handle the truth that Bruce Wayne is indeed Batman. He respected Lois for what she does in her life as a reporter.
Then next came Clark Kent, another reporter of the Dailey Planet, secretly known to Bruce as The Man Of Steel himself, Superman. Bruce waved his hand at Clark, after Clark raised his drink. The two of them had a lot to talk about, including the incident in Metropolis with The Joker and the other students. Hearing an announcement from a staff member of the school, for everyone enter the pool, Bruce watched everyone, including the students jump in. Bruce did not bring his swim trunks, he wasn't in the mood to swim, just relax.
Taking off his suit, he hands it off to Alfred. "Can you put this in the car Alfred?", he asked as the butler nods his head. Alfred leaves while Bruce rolls up his sleeves, then Clarked approached Bruce, holding out his hand to shake. Shaking Clark's hand, Bruce smiled before speaking. "Nice to see you Mr. Kent as always" he told him. Bruce saw others start to enter the pool before he looks back at Clark. "So I heard about what happen in Metropolis", he said to Clark as his voice was low. "I felt that you should given me a heads up...even though I was caught up in Gotham...taking care of buisness", he told him.
